Awesome customer service
We had some trouble putting the cover on the grill. Called customer service and they said to try putting it on from the bottom up. If that didn’t work to call them back and they would see what they could do to help. We were able to get it on and it is a quality product. Highly recommend.

Great Pricing
Grillscapes provided excellent assistance in finding me the best pricing on my appliances. I was able to get an in stock grill for a few thousand less than the other bbq sites out there.
They know their grills
I spent about an hour on the chat going back and forth between a few grill models and storage options. Adam was able to answer all my questions and guide me to the grill that fit me best. I installed the grill 2 weeks later and it fits my needs perfectly. I purchased a Lynx LTR36-NG.
Not as polished as other sites but good prices and service
I stumbled across Grillscapes on google. The site seems a bit old and outdated but i gave them a chance after speaking to Lisa in customer service. She had a great attitude and was able to ship me out a Twin Eagles grill next day. Dont judge a book by its cover (or website) lol.

I tried to leave a five-star review earlier but apparently it didn’t go through. I was happy with knowledgeable sales rep with whom I spoke but really impressed by packaging used by shipping department. Best grill ever
These Trident burners are the best thing ever invented being able to get the grill hot in minutes I used to start my grill 30-40 mins in advance I love everything about this grill cooking area to lighted knobs and easy to raise lid
