DELIVERY INSPECTION

Over 99% of deliveries have no external or internal damage and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages upon receipt.

IMPORTANT- You have 48 hours to call us to report delivery damage. You must also note any damages on the Bill of Lading from the shipper.

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Grillscapes.com cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.

INFRATECH warrants that this electric heater is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from original date of purchase.

This warranty extends to the selling dealers to the original purchaser at the original site of installation: This warranty becomes valid at the time of purchase and ends either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer or relocation. In order to activate the warranty, we require that you send in the attached warranty registration form. This registration is for our internal use only and will only be used in the event we need to send.
