DELIVERY INSPECTION

Over 99% of deliveries have no external or internal damage and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages upon receipt.

IMPORTANT- You have 48 hours to call us to report delivery damage. You must also note any damages on the Bill of Lading from the shipper.

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Grillscapes.com cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.

E2 Stainless Installed Faucet Limited Product Warranty

International Concepts in Cabinetry, Inc. (“ICCI”) warrants to the original purchaser in the U.S. or Canada that this E-Stainless faucet, when installed by an authorized installer, shall be free from leaks and drips and other defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase for the faucet and five (5) years from the date of original purchase for the flexible hose.

In the event that a faucet should fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, ICCI will at its discretion supply the parts deemed necessary to restore the faucet to working condition. If said parts are no longer available, a comparable product will be supplied.
