The item works remarkably well. It gets very warm on the high setting. I do not have gas on my street so I have to use portable propane tanks. The tanks do not last very long when the unit is set to “high”. This is the only drawback in my opinion. I purchased the fold down wind guard and when it’s folded the table top insert can be set on top of the metal frame and the whole table can be covered with the fabric water guard cover which makes storage of the wind guard easier. I believe if you take care of this table and protect it from the elements it should provide many years of enjoyment.
