United StatesLid fit issues, but excellent grill and service.
When we put it together, the hood did not fit (there was a gap in the lower right corner between the grill and the lid.) The lid and the portion of the grill it attached to were pre-assembled, so it wasn't that we put it together incorrectly. Broil King sent us a new lid that fits perfectly. The other issue is with the knob lights. They only work sometimes. Beyond that, this grill is excellent. My husband loves it and we use it constantly. We are looking forward to using it in the winter since it gets so hot, the frigid temperatures likely won't be a problem.
